Navigation dropdown menu does not hover

Let's take a horizontal navigation menu bar containing first and second level page links. When e.g. currently in first level page A and moving the mouse over the first level page B menu item, the page B subpage dropdown does not show hovering effects. However, if the current page actually is a page B subpage, hovering is active.

Never mind - after an additional reload everthing works again as expected ...
