Question need help with SSl

hi to all, i add new domain into plesk and i create a dns ho point to the ip of plesk. i create ssl certificate but something went wrong ....
Details
Failed to submit the certificate order. The error: Incorrect login details, account is locked, password has expired or your source IP is blocked.. Check the specified contact data and try to submit the order again.

please help me i dont know how to do
