  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question new httpd seems to ignore AddDefaultCharset Off

This is not exactly PLESK, so sorry about that..

Migrating from one Obsidian (Centos 7) to another (Centos 8).. I noticed that a transferred web site, www.ixir.info to be exact, does not display correctly.
The site was made with Windows-1254 a long time ago, but the browser insists on using UTF-8.

I checked the httpd.conf and found the
#AddDefaultCharset UTF-8

commented.. I even added another, saying
AddDefaultCharset Off

Neither of them helps -- my browser still switches to UTF-8 visiting that site, but I checked and its source code clearly says Windows-1254..
Any ideas how to fix this?
