  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

No bounce messages when using horde

New Pleskian
Hi

I am using PLESK 9.5.3 with Suse 11.0 and postfix as mailserver.

When i try to send a mesage via horde webmail to a non-existent user on the server I won't get any bounce messages.

When I'm using some MTA (Outlook, Thunderbird, Macmail, ....) I'm receiving such bounce messages.

Any help appreciated
Cheers

Did you ever fix this error? I am seeing the same thing on a Plesk 9.5.4 server with CentOs 5 (qmail not postfix)

Thank you,
Matt

Unfortunately not. I did an upgrade to 9.5.4 but this issue is still there.

I also did a test on a PLeSK 10.3.1-server (centOS 5 with postfix) which is successful. That means, this is working on the new PLeSK-Releases.

regards
