• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

No referral data in logs

I am hosting with a provider who supplies Urchin and Plesk on Windows. When I first started hosting with them I was amazed to find that there was no Referral, Search terms or similar log data showing in Urchin. When I asked the host they said it was not possible with Plesk.

Surely this is bull ??!! This is some of the most useful info to a site owner. Why do they think it is not possible - is there some kind of known problem that requires an obscure fix ??
 
try going into IIS, right click on the domain u are using, in the "web site" tab click on properties on the logging section, then the advanced tab, and see if the "referer" is checked... if not, check it and it will be ok
