No Webmail Login Interface

Hi Gang,
I have a server that has lost webmail on all domains. When accessing the URL http://webmail.domain.com, you get the Plesk Default page.

In the Control Panel, I go to domain > mail > Prefrences > webmail, and there is just "none" as the options; nothing else.

I have searched extensively and can't find a solutions.

Any ideas?

Components management

You might try going to Server -> Components Management and looking for "Web Mail" in the list of Components in the left column. Then over in the right column, it should have a list of Web Mail components which are available to you. One of them should have a Green circle w/ a white arrow in it, indicating that is the active component.

If you'd like to change what webmail program is being used (if you have any options) or enable one if it's not enabled, then click "Web Mail" (should be a link) over in the left column, and it should bring you to a page allowing you to check the webmail program you want to be using.

If all the options are grayed out, or you don't have Web Mail listed in the components, then you probably don't have it installed so you'll need to go to Add/Remove Programs and Change the Plesk installation to include Webmail...

thanks a million, David! I checked the components management, and webmail was on, but there was no client checkmarked. All options but Horde were grayed out, but I checkmarked Horde and afterward that was available in the Domain/Mail/Preferences/Webmail option.
Webmail is working again! Thanks!!
