• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Odd disk usage statistics regarding email accounts

jtroher

Basic Pleskian
I have a domain that has always had mail disabled and never had a mailbox, now over the last few days plesk says mail accounts are using 2.0gb of disk space

Mail service X
Total 0
Control panel access 0
Mailboxes 0
Redirects 0
Mail groups 0
Autoresponders 0
Spam filters 0
Antivirus filters 0
Total size 2.00 GB

The local mailenable server shows the domain disabled, no mailboxes, nothing out of the ordinary.

The plesk server is part of a expand farm, the centralized mail server shows the domain using 0 disk space for mail when looking at in through the centralized mail servers control panel.

So only the hosting server has this 2.00 GB disk space reading for email account where there are none.

Any Ideas? because I have done everything I can think of short of hacking the mysql database on the hosting server to see if I can remove it from there, and I am not even sure where to start there.

TIA
John
