Issue onyx installation stop on ai.exe

Hi,
I'm downloading onyx on a fresh new server. the installation is stopping on ai.exe at 0%.
nslookup autoinstall.plesk.com is successful and firewall is disabled.

Please let me know why the installation is hanging at this stage.
