  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Outgoing mail not working... MX records?

NeuroPsyche

Regular Pleskian
Since I installed Plesk 11.x our servers can't send mail to an external email server domain.

The recipient email server responds back that it cannot accept the mail.

The issue doens't seem to be related to Plesk at all and should be MX record routing at the registrar.

Does anyone have a template or example of a registrar entry for MailEnable?
For the MX entry @ registrar what would be the subdomain, if any?
ex: MX pop.<domainname>.com
ex: MX smtp.<domainname>.com
???

Greatly apprecaite anyone's help.
