Issue Outlook not receiving email from domain email

Hello,

I am new on is platform.
1) I have client when he send email from name@domain.com email to outlook. He is not getting any email also not in junk folder. Can you please guys guide me how can i resolve this issue?
2) When he tried to send email to yahoo email get in spam folder. How can i resolve this issue too?

Dear Ali,

is your DNS MX record correct ? You can check the host and ip address on
MX Lookup Tool - Check your DNS MX Records online - MxToolbox
Is this step done, we can check other solutions.
