  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Solved: Overuse in red letters - help please

Hello,

three of my customers exceeded their overuse-limit (only DiskSpace). In the panel their subscriptions are marked in red letters now.
Then, I increased the limits for these customers, which are shown correctly in the control panel of the customer (no overuse is shown there anymore).
But in the admin-panel overview the subscription lines of the customers are still highlighted in red letters.

I´ve tried to recalculate the statistics with the following command, because I thougt this will solve this problem:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics

... but the subscriptions of these customers are still in red letters.

Does anyone know, how to update the design of the admin-panel, so the subscriptions of the three customers can be seen in correct black letters again?

Thank you for your help!
Henning

edit: Problem solved

/usr/local/psa/bin/run-parts.sh /etc/psa/plesk-cron.daily

... did it.
