Issue Overuse notification sent to administrator when notifications are disabled

Hi,

Does anybody else experience this issue: We get daily mails about overuse to our admin mail address, even though we have disabled all overuse mails for administrator?

Could you provide this informations:

1. Email Title (without your domain info if any)
2. From: Email Address (First Part)

We have this problem on some yet-to-be-upgraded-to-obsidian and obsidian-servers

Latest version:

Subject: <...> Notification: Resource usage by subscription has exceeded the allotments
From: =?UTF-8?Q?domain=20-=20LICO=20Innovations?= <info@lico.nl>
Reply-To: =?UTF-8?Q?domain=20-=20LICO=20Innovations?= <info@lico.nl>

Sorry, Your response is not clear but:

Make sure you've no customer email accounts matches the admin account (Maybe you added a test customer), or your admin email is not added as an alternative address for another account or customer.

Run this command to make sure there is no false positive on that option.:

plesk bin notification --update -code domain_limits_exceed -send2admin false

Confirmed that that mail address is not used somewhere else

plesk bin notification --update -code domain_limits_exceed -send2admin false

Executed. Let's see what this does (tomorrow)
