  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Parallels Installer Problem

Whenever I select the update and upgrade option and get to the "Install and Update Parallels Products" page, I get a pink error box with the following text:

"Failed to read product information from the file : Can't process products.inf3: Failed to download the package http://autoinstall.plesk.com/products.inf3: The requested URL returned error: 404 Can't process versions.inf3: Failed to download the package http://autoinstall.plesk.com/versions.inf3: The requested URL returned error: 404"

I've tried adding autoinstall.plesk.com to the hosts file but that didn't solve the problem. I can ping autoinstall.plesk.com without any problems.

Anyone have any ideas what may be causing the update/upgrade to throw the error?
 
Try installing from SHELL with:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --source=http://64.131.90.31
