    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Parallels Premium Antivirus License Problem after MU24

Hello

I purchased a Plesk Panel Powerpack via my Hosting Provider.
After updating Plesk Panel to 10.4.4 #24 I discovered that Parallels Premium Antivirus is no more active.
When I went to Home > Tools & Settings > License Management > Additional License Keys but can't find any license of Parallels Antivirus.
I tried to "Retrieve Keys" in order to reinstall them but no success.
Any Help will be appreciated.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

After upgrading to MU24 I started receiving email see below for example :
/etc/cron.daily/drweb-update:
ERROR: Dr.Web (R) Updater: Blocked license key !
ERROR: Dr.Web (R) Updater: cannot download timestamp !
ERROR: Dr.Web (R) Updater: failed to download new/updated files from http://update.fr1.drweb.com/unix/500 !
/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
[Sun Apr 01 04:54:02 2012] [warn] The Alias directive in /etc/apache2/apache2.conf at line 244 will probably never match because it overlaps an earlier Alias.

The problem is obviously occurs on Dr.Web update servers' side. Did you try to contact Dr.Web support?

Problem resolved, nothing to do with plesk or MU24.

The problem came from my provider who didn't add the license.
