Parallels Product Installer Screen

Hello,

When i wanted to update my Plesk 10.4.4 to 11.0.9 i got some errors from the precheck.
So i canceled the installation to attend to the problems.

After doing that and when i got to the update option,
i got a Parallel Product Installer Screen where i must enter username and password.

My admin username and password (with i loged into the panel) is not accepted.

Can you tell me how to overcome this???

After restarting de server, everything is back to normal.
So problem solved.

And by the way did you know that you can also login to panel with your root credetials?

Ie, username: root and your root password.
