Parked Domain and DNS Zone Records

I now have another question regarding custom <VirtualHost> and DNS Zones. When I add my own Virtual Host hosts to my Apache config file, I have a concern regarding domain routing. Same senerio as above except without subdomains.

<VirtualHost ip address:80>
ServerName parkeddomain.com
ServerAlias www.parkeddomain.com
DocumentRoot /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/parkeddomain
<Directory /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/parkeddomain>
DirectoryIndex index.html
</Directory>
</VirtualHost>

I am trying to setup parked domains to a directory within my httpdocs directory of another domain. By doing the above solutions works except my concerns are how would I handle my DNS Records?

I have all my parked domains setup as:
ns1.domain.com ip address 1
ns2.domain.com ip address 2

How do you set up DNS Routining or can you enter these into the domain.com DNS Zones that the parkeddomains are being routed to. And doing this is using my domain licenses? v
