  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Password Protected Directories

InsertCoin

Basic Pleskian
Created a password protected directory but it keeps failing. when checking the logs it returns:

[Thu Jul 07 13:02:52 2011] [error] [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] (2)No such file or directory: Could not open password file: /home/tb1234/.htpasswds/public_html/admin/passwd

But this is nothing to do with the domain that has been added.

PSA 9.3.

Are you sure you are under PLESK environment? /home/user not sound as PLESK.

That actually looks like a Cpanel configuration directive - did this site migrate from Cpanel and there is an old htaccess or htpassword file that is referenceing the old location?
