password restriction for email accounts

Is it possible to disable the password restriction shown below?
Specifically, we desire for a user's password to contain their username. For example, 'john@swsoft.com' would have password 'john557'


Error: Unable to set password:
The password is incorrect, use at least 5 characters. The password should not contain mail account name as its part.
Only Latin characters, no dictionary words (optional).

Yup, you can do it server >> mail >> disable check dictonary words or some sithng else.
