TwitterWhen I access a pdf file on the website, I get a 500 error. The site was copied from another site and is identical. The url is correct and the file permissions are correct and the file exists. But it wont display. However the same file on the other website works fine. Any help? I have no idea. I compared both servers and they are identical. I saw a similar error marked as resolved but no mention of what was the resolution. Any help is appreciated.

The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release. -
The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
