  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

PECL upload progress library problem

Hello.
I have a Centos 5 server with plesk 9.5.4 i installed a drupal site and when i try to upload files i recieve some errors and when i read the reports i can see an error telling me that i need to install the required libraries "PECL upload progress library" or install APC, i've tried to install APC and i recieve warning in the php.ini, so i want to know how can i install correctly the PECL libraries to upload files from the backoffice f my drupal site.
the error that i recieve in the backoffice when i try to upload a tranlation file is:

* Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to access temporary://drupal-7.0.ca_.po in file_save_upload() (line 1528 of /var/www/vhosts/sibi.cat/subdomains/linux/httpdocs/includes/file.inc).
* File upload error. Could not move uploaded file.
* File to import not found.
