perl.exe using CPU %100

Hello;

I am running a server with plesk 7.5.3 on a windows 2003 server 1Gb Ram , 2Ghz

perl.exe running by SYSTEM is using 99% of cpu. so the server is very slow and my client can't access to my Plesk control panel. Even, web pages cannot be seen.
PERL.exe is very bad. oh..

How i do fix it.
im boring this circuimtances.

Try to disable Spamassasin and check again.
