• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Permissions randomly disappear?

Plesk 6.5..2, Windows 2000 IIS 5.0, with ColdFusion MX 6.0. Running about 40 sites off one IP. Most of these using ColdFusion, although manually administered.

The problem is, it appears some sites just lose script permissions randomly, with no pattern at all. The site structures are nearly identical across the board, yet one site or many can lose permissions at the same time, and maybe even to have it return later?

All CFMX, PHP and ASP documents suddenly start bringing up Error 403:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access to this document on this server.

I also find this in the system log, could it have anything to do with? I believe jakarta has something to do with tomcat applications:
The HTTP Filter DLL C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\isapi\isapi_redirect.dll failed to load. The data is the error.

Someone please help, as this is an unbelievablr pain the butt.
