  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

The buttons still work, but the "link" portion of these buttons are a bit misaligned. You'll have to position your cursor just a little higher, just above the text of the buttons, in order to be able to click them.

This is not an Plesk bug however. PhpMyAdmin is a separate (open source) application not managed by Plesk. It looks the issue hasn't been reported yet on the Github page of phpMyAdmin yet. So you could report the issue there.

You are right. On top and bottom of this button its working. Sorry for the wrong error message.

I had assumed that you had forgotten a javascript file during setup. ;)
I use the same version 5.1.3 on my Notebook and there is not this strange behavior. But I just noticed that it works in Opera (used for localhost) and not in Chrome (for plesk).
