  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi all,
I have a problem about changing access rights to a directory and sub directories. In my domain, I have "resimler" folder and also I may dynamically create sub directories under "resimler" directory while using the application on the internet. If I have this structure:
"resimler" -> "subfolder1"->"picture1.jpg" I can delete "subfolder1" without error. But if I have such a structure:
"resimler" -> "subfolder1" -> "subfolder1_1" -> "picture1.jpg" , and when I try to delete "subfolder1" with its content I receive "access is denied" error for "subfolder1_1". It works on my localhost perfectlyi so the reason must be server permission configurations.
I tried many times to chech in "Replace permission entries on all child objects with entries shown here that apply to child objects." options but it did not save this change, and it remains always checked out.

Please help...

What do you do exactly? Also, could you post right list here for subfolder1 and subfolder1_1?

Hello sivaslieko,

We cannot reproduce this issue in our lab. Could you please describe scenario more detailed?
