Plesk 10.1.1 to 10.2 Upgrade Problems (Several)

I am also receiving this error above and the commands provided by IgorG above complete with success and plesk-core-10.11.0-cos5.build1011110331.11

Also my version of plesk does not say 10.2 in the panel is says 10.1.1

Panel shows error:
Error: New files of configuration for Apache web server were not built due to errors in configuration templates. The detailed error message was e-mailed to you, so please check the e-mail, fix the errors, and click here to retry generating configuration.

# apachectl -t
Syntax OK

# locate vhost.conf
# mv /path/to/vhost.conf /path/to/vhost.conf.debug
...
# service httpd stop
OK
# service httpd start
FAIL
# mv /path/to/vhost.conf.debug /path/to/vhost.conf
...
# service httpd start
OK

Click to reconfigure on website from the error says successfully recreated configuration but then the error still remains.

And you have got to be kididng me that my business manager is broken again. Appears it is trying to go to port 11443.

error after upgrade to 10.2

I didn't receive the promised email, so I don't know what the errors are. I'll try the steps listed above.
