• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk 10.4.4 POP/IMAP Users out of sync

Hi All,

I'm having and issues with Courier being out of sync with the SQL DB.

The issue happened overnight and when I export a list of users from the SQL DB there's ~250 however when I run /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mail_auth_view only ~75 are listed.

As users are calling we are resettings their mail passwords which resolves the issue for their account however we need to do this across all domains & accounts, Is there a process for this?

Ok - I solved my own issue.

After some googling I found reference to mail_auth_dump, did a quick search on the host and found it under "/usr/lib/plesk-9.0/mail_auth_dump"

I executed it and checked the user database with :/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mail_auth_view" and now all the users are losted as they should be.
