• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk 11: Web Presence Builder

Eric Pretorious

Regular Pleskian
I noticed this in the Subscriptions -> MyDomain -> Other Resources tab:
Sites published with Web Presence Builder 0 used of 1
...but I'm not able to find the Web Presence Builder hyperlink (described in the section "Creating a Web Site" in the Plesk Administrators Guide:
If you have only one domain name in the subscription, click Launch Web Presence Builder on the Home tab or the Websites & Domains tab.
The Customer's Guide, Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0 states that...
Panel 11 ships with Web Presence Builder (former SiteBuilder), but you can use SiteBuilder 4.5 as well.
Am I overlooking the obvious or is Web Presence Builder not included with 11.0.9 by default?

1. Check that the installed license allows to use Web Presence Builder
Home> Tools & Settings > License Management > check license info.

There should be something like "Sites published with Web Presence Builder"

2. check that component "PPSitebuilder" is presented on the system
Home> Tools & Settings > License Management > Server Components
