• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved plesk 12.5 php-fpm socket capital letters path error

Andriy Martynyuk

New Pleskian
Hi, here's the story:

new server on Centos 7 and Plesk 12.5
historically we have vhosts dir redirected to /DATA dir (capital letters). After enabling php-fpm + apache we have 503 error and logs for that:
[Sun Jul 03 17:50:41.715633 2016] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 10396:tid 140235681593088] [client 109.229.27.214:51436] AH01079: failed to make connection to backend: httpd-UDS, referer: http://<ourdomain.com>/
[Sun Jul 03 17:50:43.361777 2016] [proxy:error] [pid 10418:tid 140235706771200] (2)No such file or directory: AH02454: FCGI: attempt to connect to Unix domain socket /data/www/system/<ourdomain.com>/php-fpm.sock (*) failed

this is easily fixed by symlink but I think that's a bug, searched for bugreporting feature and haven't found any way to do this.
