  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk 12 license compatibility w/older panels?

GMaciolek

New Pleskian
I'm not sure if this is a question for the Plesk 12 or the Plesk 10 forums, so I've committed the cardinal sin of crossposting.

I can't find a way to buy a Plesk 10 license, and I really need one as part of a sale (within which there will be a server clone/migration/etc).

Can I use a Plesk 12 license on a Plesk 10 system?

I'm not really sure that "Upgrade to Plesk 12" is the right solution for this particular problem; I'm trying to limit the variables introduced into this particular equation.

And more over: now upgrade from Plesk 10 to Plesk 12 is supported. Maybe future releases won't support such in place upgrade and you'll need to use migration for such case.
