  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Plesk 360 Account Blocked

Hi, I'm trying to help a friend who is not very tech savvy. Her Plesk 360 account is blocked due to too many login attempts. The message says an email has been sent to her on how to unblock, but she says she's not getting them. She needs to get in touch with someone for some help. Can anyone point me to a phone number that does NOT need a repair ticket for her to talk to someone? Thanks
 
Can you try to create a new platform360.io account? From within that new account there should be a Support Chat section where you can connect with staff so that they reset your other account.
