  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I have a RHEL installation that I try upgrading to Plesk 10
Opsys detected as: os_vendor=RedHat os_name=Linux version=el5.5 arch=x86_64 environment=~empty

It all looks fine until i get a trasaction check error .. seem like I have problems with psa-atis and psa-ftputil

Any hints to get around this? Installation is working but it may have messed up my qmail somewhat, I get tons of failure-notice emails ever since the attempted upgrade.

Yes, I was thinking about that but there are alot of dependecies for the psa-atis, they will perhaps not be affected?

You can try to use --force and --justdb options for removing these packages.

.. ok, I use yum for updates ... would you have the complete command for using rpm?

.. well, I used yum and have erased the wrong verison of psa-atis and installed the requested one, that was easy.

The psa-ftputil affects a few packages that I think may be a problem to remove. I can perhaps reinstall these later?
