Plesk Auto Update Fails - 11.5.30 Update #15

Hi,

Got up this morning to find a message via email and when logging into Plesk advising me that autoupdate to #15 has failed.
Can anyone make sense of the below?
Any ideas on what went wrong and how to fix?
