  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Plesk backup FTP settings issue

Philco

New Pleskian
For over a year I have been doing daily planned backups to my FTP storage server without any problem.
2 months ago, the FTP server IP changed.
I updated the IP address in the remote storage settings and Plesk can connect without problem.
The daily backups are running and the backup files are on my FTP server.

Yet, every day I receive a warning email that Plesk was unable to do the backup of my FTP server.
But the server mentioned is the old server with the old IP.

I have looked around but can't find any place on the portal where there is still a mention of the old parameters.
Any clue as to where I could find this hidden/old parameter or what file I should try to find to adapt manually?

Have you checked the entries in the "BackupsScheduled" table of the psa database? You can see all backups there.
