  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Plesk centos 8 GMagick PHP Extension

moswak

Regular Pleskian
Hi,
on centos 8 there is no ImageMagick available.
ImageMagick is not available in CentOS/RHEL 8, and it has been replaced with GraphicsMagick instead, which is a fork of ImageMagick.

should the php versions of plesk for centos 8 not have the GMagick PHP extension or does it work with the Imagick PHP extension ?

oh I think I have to improve myself.
after here Install ImageMagick (Image Manipulation) Tool on RHEL/CentOS and Fedora it is said that there is no imagemagick. can be easily installed as described here How To Install ImageMagick and PHP Imagick on CentOS 8 / RHEL 8 | ITzGeek

what is better now?
