• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

TITLE:
Plesk deletes webmail settings
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:
Plesk version 12.5.30
CentOS 6.7
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Hello,

on some configuration changes (e.g. deactivating mailservice, which is reproduceable) on webA, webB forgets that there were webmail settings activated (option is unchecked on webB after changing something on webA). I think, that there is a bug which mirrors the settings from webA to webB.

Webmail-setting is also deleted, if monthly task of Lets encrypt runs.

Thanks

IgorG reproduced it on latest Plesk Onyx 17.5. see Issue - Plesk deletes webmail settings

Create 2 sepearate domains in a webspace.
Disable webmail on webA.com.
Enable webmail on webB.com.

disable mailservice on webA
-> now look on webmail section in webB
ACTUAL RESULT:
