Hi. Is there any way I can set up letsencrypt in a docker container with GitLab (docker gitlab-ce already installed)? And make it automatic like with the letsencrypt plugin?

You can generate your certificate with letsencrypt on your domain/subodmain, and then add Docker Proxy Rules for your container. I haven't check if automatic renewal are working properly.
