Question Plesk does not allow changing a subscription from "website" to "mail only"

I hope that someone can help me with one specific problem:

I have a subscription which has originally been created with hosting type "website", but recently the website moved to another server, leaving just the mail services back on my machine. For the sake of order I want to switch the subscription to "mail only", but the corresponding option is not available.

What can be the reason for this missing option?

Is there a subdomain to that domain? (Easiest way to check is to go under the subscription)

You won't be able to change the hosting type if there's subdomains to that domain and you would need them first.

Oh, thank you @scsa20 for your reply and the very good hint!
I Think there is not an subdomain, but another domain rooting to the same directory - maybe this is my approach... going to check this and get back to you soon!
