Plesk does not reload Nginx vhost config: domains show Default Page

Hello,

we are running Plesk 11 with Apache and Nginx reverse proxy.
The server hosts several domains, owned by several clients.

When a client logs into his panel and either adds a subdomain, either creates a new domain, either changes a folder or a password, all the domains on the server show the "Default Parallels page", and no content is accessible any more.

The only way to resolve this is to stop Nginx from Plesk, and then start Nginx again (restart will not do it).

Our idea: when a client changes some settings, Plesk changes the Apache vhosts config.
But it looks like Plesk does NOT also reload Nginx's vhosts; this could be the reason why Nginx returns the Default Parallels page because it find incompatibility between the vhosts.

Plesk reloads Nginx's vhosts config only when Nginx is stopped and then started again.

How can we get Plesk reload Nginx's vhosts together with Apache's ones?

Do you think this could be the solution to our issue?

Can this be related to migrations or wrong permissions/owners on apache conf files?

The issue is pretty serious as the server goes down whenever someone changes a setting.
