Issue Plesk Email to Contact form 7

Hello seniors.
The problem i am facing is, Actually when we attach our own plesk Server Domain Email, then we didn't recevied emails but if we attach other hosting Domain Email then it is working fine.

For example our domain name is which is hosted at Plesk: Abc@xyz.com we will not recvie emails
but when we attach other hosting domain email: def@xyz.com then we recive email which is sent from Contact form 7

kindly advice, what can be problem.

Hi @sheeda, could could you please rephrase the question? It is unclear what "attach" means in your context. It is also unclear why an "other" domain is the same xyz.com as the domain mentioned in both examples given. What is "other" for you?
