  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Plesk file sharing option not showing

picobelloit

New Pleskian
Hello,

I am trying to setup File sharing on plesk hosted on my dedicated server.

But the option is not showing in the tools & settings section.

Yes I am logged in with an admin account and Plesk is up to date.

Restricted mode is turned off.

See attatched screenshot.

How can I fix this?

The File Sharing feature is deprecated.
Since Plesk Obsidian 18.0.30 it was removed completely.
Seafile extension may be used to share files as an alternative solution.
Check Seafile supported OSes here: Seafile
