• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk keeps freezing

I've only had the server a few days so I'm still setting up, but Plesk keeps freezing.

I'll log in (which takes AGES) then it'll be fine for say 10mins.. then suddenly I'll click a button (doesn't matter which or what I'm doing) and it's frozen. The browser says it's trying to load the next page and I get the creeping green bar at the bottom.. but the page never loads.
The only way out is to close the browser window.. and then Plesk won't let me back in. I can leave it for hours.. and try to get back in and the login screen won't even load. Just the creeping green 'page loading' bar and nothing.

The only way back is to RDC to the server.. select RESTART PLESK from the taskbar icon.
Then when it's reloaded.. it'll let me back.. and then 10-15mins later it all starts happening again.

Help!
