• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Plesk Kolab Premium Email - 1) Configuration file 2) Sieve / Filters

New Pleskian
Hey everyone!

1) I'm having some trouble with my Kolab configuration. As I've tested a few things, I'm not sure anymore if a config file was set by me or the Kolab setup itself.
In /etc/dovecot/conf.d, is the file "99-special-use-default.conf" meant to be there or did I include that by myself? I'd be very helpful if anyone with Kolab installed could confirm that.

2) Second topic - I'm having some trouble with the roundcube filters. I've created the filters in Kolabs roundcube webmail, and I've tested everything to get any email to be moved to another email folder, but it doesn't help. Nothing happens. Also there is no info logged in the info or error logs. Is it possible that the plesk email security plugin is interfering with the Kolab sieve filters?

Thank you in advance!
Peter
