  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Plesk limiting php uploads now?

Spre

New Pleskian
with onyx the sky was the limit, but with obsidian it only gives me the option for up to 16M for upload size, and if i change the php.ini and restart the service plesk changes it back to 16M

how do i fix this?

The upload value you've set in php.ini might be overwritten by the value set on your domains PHP settings.

Yes it is. But the domains pop settings are only allowing a maximum of 16M for uploads that's my issue

If you have root/administrator access to your server you can change the PHP settings values for a domain to anything you like.

I remember a previous similar case. The user wondered, why he could only select up to 16M from the drop down, but he did not notice that you can type any number of your choice into the field as well. Have you actually typed the number in, e.g. 128M? That should save the number and keep it.
