• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Plesk Migrator failed between two plesk instances (solved)

New Pleskian
Unfortunately, I get the following error during a Plesk migration. SSH connection works (password and key) and the file is also available. Can you perhaps help me with the problem?

Destination Server: 18.0.28 Debian 8.0 1800200720.10
Target Server: 18.0.32 Ubuntu 18.04 1800201221.13

Failed to perform action: Check connections
Cause: Command execution failed on the source server 'source' (xxxxxxx) with non-zero exit code.
command: cat /opt/psa/version
exit code: 127
stdout: ***hidden***
stderr: ***hidden***
That is a critical error, migration was stopped.

I found the problem myself. The $PATH variables on the target server were wrong. For some reason the $PATH variable in /etc/environments had been rewritten to a PLESK PHP version and had an error.
