  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Plesk Obsidian Backup Manager

johnr

New Pleskian
Ever since I upgraded to Plesk Obsidian, backup manager is a mess. Now individual site backups do not work. Whenever I go to websites and domains and start a manual backup, it starts backing up the entire subscription and then runs for ever. Backup in general is now very poor. Any help? Would love to go back to Onyx if I can. We have several servers and and now hesitate to upgrade to obsidian.

Any ideas on how to backup a single site within a subscription?
