  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Plesk Onyx & nginx (& migration): When nginx is enabled, custom settings for Apache are discarded?

B_P

Regular Pleskian
Hi all,

I just migrated a site from Plesk 12.5 & Ubuntu 12.04 running Apache to another server (Onyx & Ubuntu 16.04) running nginx (+Apache).

What I just see is that at least for some subdomains the custom Apache settings (both HTTP and HTTPS) got lost (and were not translated to nginx settings). Is this the intended procedure?

The migration manager did not state any message related to this issue...
