  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Plesk Onyx second domain not resolving

Milford Hutsell

New Pleskian
I have a Plesk Onyx Server running on Google Cloud Platform. My main domain machiiisoftware.com works both for the Onyx Console and for the website that is hosted there. I have created a new domain hutsellhobbies.com that will not resolve to the additional website hosted on the same Onyx system.

Both domains are pointed at the IP of the Onyx Server console, I have even tried pointing the domains to the IP that is listed within the Onyx Console which is a shared ip to no avail.

When I run a Host -ns hutsellhobbies.com command in the console on Google Cloud it shows that I am pointed at the same IP as machiiisoftware.com

Any guidance is appreciated as to this point GCP support has been no help.

hmmm check for an index.html file in your httpdocs, it seems it may suddenly have precedence
If so - try to rename/remove or delete it or change the order

the standart "Index files" definitions are setup at

Plesk Panel > Domains > your Domain > Apache & nginx Settings

consider to manually adjust the setting with your own need
