  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Plesk Outgoing Mail Not Working

Dear Sir,

I am using Plesk on my VPS and Dedicated servers since years, but recently i am facing issue while sending email using postfix, when for SMTP server postfix is selected and customer send email, the email goes but the recipient never get the email, but when i change the Postfix to Qmail it works fine but i don't like Qmail as Plesk Mail Security is not compatible with this, please help me how to solve this issue.

Sorry, but it is tough to help with the problem if there are no details. Allegations that something is not working is not enough for qualified help in a forum format. I can only advise you to contact Plesk technical support team to investigate the problem and fix it directly on your server.
