• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk Panel blocking my users every night

New Pleskian
Hello!

Plesk Panel switces off one account every night. So i have to wake up every morning at 6'o clock and to switch it on manually. It starts one week ago. Could you please tell me how to force Plesk not to switch off my users?

Thanks.

Make sure at least that subscription is not expired and no one resource of subscription is not exceeded too.

thank you, but

subscription expired one week ago but then I set it to "unlimited" but it still switches off every night. I think that I looked щмук all the settings in Plesk Panel, should I do something in linux console to set the subscription in "unlimited" mode? Or may be there is setting in Plesk to force it not to switch off my users at all?

Another reason could be diskspace or traffic. Set them to unlimited if you don't want subscriptions blocked

You were right. The problem was in subscription settings. At first I set Unlimited to ServicePlan. But sudscription and ServocePlan are not the same. I set subscription to unlimited and it SOLVED :) thanks a lot.
