  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

New Pleskian
Dear all,

I'm having a weird problem here. I can login to my Plesk panel without any issue but the problem is, when I already logged in and when I click on any link within the interface, Plesk will ask me to re login again. It will appear at random but its kind of annoying. For example, after I set up a new service plan and hitting save button, it will redirect me to login page again, so all my previous settings are gone.

My Plesk version is 11.0.9 running on CentOS 6

Anyone knows what went wrong here?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, I'm accessing my server at SoftLayer from home. My home Internet connection is on dynamic IP but its not constantly changed its IP unless if I reboot the router. Is this the root of the problem?

Yes, that problem you are facing is very common with Dynamic IP networks! If you are sure it's not the IP change, then you can try by deleting ALL cookies and session off your browser ..

Secondly, if accessing your server you are using a domain name who's you are also accessing with your other 'system' if both are on the same browser (and your other system uses sessions / cookies) then that causes conflict of domain sessions ...

Use different browsers for both Plesk and your system (or use server IP to access Plesk)
